Mary is passionate about her business and helping our clients navigate the ever-changing landscape that is Vancouver real estate.
She’s a busy wife and mother, and a generous supporter of BC Children’s Hospital, renewable energy and environmental protection. She loves to relax on the Sunshine Coast and her Mount Pleasant home is usually filled with kids, friends, family, and food.
Amy’s passion is helping buyers find their dream home and that begins by listening. She loves design, fashion, and architecture and one of her many gifts is seeing the potential in a home – what it could be with a little renovation, or imagination. She is an expert negotiator and a tireless advocate for our clients.
Don’t confuse Amy’s youth with inexperience. She began her real estate career right out of university at age 23. She has worked with top agents throughout the city of Vancouver and has found her real estate home, putting her considerable talents to work for The Mary Cleaver Group.
Growing up in a prominent real estate family in Greater Vancouver was an asset to Lisa but her power to negotiate the best price, to anticipate her clients’ needs before they do, and to make sense of our often-challenging market came from hard-earned experience.
Lisa gets rave reviews from her clients. Her evaluations are bang on, and she is an effective communicator, but what we hear again and again is just how easy she makes the process, whether Buying or Selling.
A former competitive rider, Lisa volunteers her time each week in a therapeutic riding program for children, with a dream to once again own her own horse. She lives in Richmond with her partner, Eric and mini aussie, Baylor.
