We charge 7% on the first $100,000 and 2.5% on the balance of the sale price, plus GST. This fee typically pays us as well as the buyers agent and their brokerage.
It is customary for sellers to pay both agents in a real estate transaction in British Columbia. Buyers pay their realtors directly only in rare instances.
